Hello everyone, here you go , I have Already posted first method Of watching youtube videos without buffering on low internet connection(android) unfortunately, This method does not work with some android devices. So I am sharing with you the second method. It's called tubemate YouTube Downloader and you can also download YouTube videos from it .

See DOWLOAD OR WATCH and click watch
5. Now you can see the resolution select 176x44
Once the loading was done, the video played really Smoothly without any buffering. But The quality is really low,
